The Process for Data-Entry:
- The documents to be processed are generally taken from the client as Hard-Copies or are transferred through FTP
in case of soft-copies.
- These docs are then accessed by downloading files.
- There is an internal sorting and indexing happens for smoother work-allocation and tracking.
- The data is then entered into the desired software application, database or any other application (i.e. MS-Word, MS-Excel) as required by the client.
- Once the work is completed, there is a quality-check done at 2 levels to minimize the error rate and provide maximum possible quality.
- The error-rates are monitored to have them as low as possible and desired quality requirements are met.
- The data is then sent back through similar FTP process when it not web-based software application.
